Lance Holland
Having started my career as a carpentry apprentice over 20 years ago I have made quality workmanship the cornerstone of my craft. During my career I have had the opportunity to lead large residential projects up to the value of $13m as a Site and Project Manager, leading to a through understanding of processes and planning required to deliver a project on time and in budget.
As a Licensed Carpenter and Builder I have an eye for detail that comes with experience and a desire to provide a high quality product every time, no matter the value of the project.
I believe that communication is the key to a successful construction project and that planning, quality control and safety management are all essential ingredients to deliver a quality home to all my clients.
